Submitting an ILL Request: Getting started

Puzzled about how to get something from another library? This guide will help.

What's ILL?

Magale Library has a lot, but we don't have everything. Sometimes, we'll need to get your article or book from another library, which is something we're very happy to do. This guide is intended to help you get what you're after, even if we don't have it in our collections. We're happy to get what you need! Here are two important things to keep in mind:

1. In order to borrow books from another library, it is ideal to establish a library account HERE first. Stop by the library with your Centenary ID information. Can't get here? You don't have to come to the library to set up your account! You can also reach out to Kat Williamson at 318-869-5220.

2. Inter-library loan is managed using a system called Illiad, that requires registration (see below). Registered users can easily access the request form here: https://louis.hosts.atlas-sys.com/illiad/lcc/.
