You know that Google is built around the concept of using keywords to dredge up web objects based on your interests. This image presents some of the problems encountered in keyword-oriented systems, including ambiguous vocabulary, unknown spellings, typos made in a way that they escape identification by the algorithm, errors of specificity (i.e., using a narrower or broader concept to cause confusion), and the noise caused by superficially related but ultimately dissimilar search terms.
